FigusMaker ("the App", "we", "our") is an Android application that allows users to create personalized sticker cards using their own photos. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the rights users have regarding their data.
By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

All of these processes occur entirely on your device. No image data, biometric data, or any output of these AI processes is ever sent to external servers — whether for processing, analytics, model training, or any other purpose. Neither the developer nor any third party can access, intercept, or influence this on-device processing in any way.
The App displays advertisements provided by Wortise. Wortise is an independent third-party advertising platform, and their data practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
As part of the advertising service, Wortise may collect certain device identifiers (see Section 6) in accordance with their policies and applicable advertising standards.
We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed or for the data practices of Wortise. We encourage you to review their privacy policy for full details.
For the purposes of advertising, marketing, and fraud prevention, the App collects and shares the following with third-party service providers (including Wortise):
These identifiers are used solely for the purposes described above and are not combined with personally identifiable information by us.
You may reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings under Google → Ads.
The App collects anonymous, non-identifiable event data to help improve the App's performance and user experience. This includes events such as screen views, feature interactions, and error reports.
The App offers a one-time premium purchase processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information — all transactions are handled entirely by Google Play.
Support for the App and its in-app purchases is provided at the developer's sole discretion. In-app purchase support is subject to Google Play's own policies.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at rodrigo.martin.ferreiro@gmail.com and we will take immediate action to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated policy will be posted within the App and on its store listing, with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
